The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was a great success and some great plans were made for the future of the Association, and -we hope- of the industry.

The highlight remains improving training and qualification to ensure that EVHA members become the symbol of quality and to help to increase the total market size.
Kimmo Haapalainen retired as President after 7 years of excellent service. Fortunately he will stay active as Immediate Past-President. Newly elected President, Seppe Thys, presented Kimmo with a gift to commemorate his valuable service.
We were also fortunate to be able to welcome Rafa Villagrá as Vice President. Rafa has particular experience with AESCAI. Notable also was the participation of Andrea Casa and Jeffrey Anderson from Italy. We hope they will help us to strengthen links with AIISA and NADCA.
